Windows + Shift + Right Arrow: Move a window to the right monitor
Windows + Shift + Left Arrow: Move a window to the left monitor
But, you can use either Windows + Shift + Right Arrow or Windows + Shift + Left Arrow to Move an app or window in the desktop from one monitor to another.
