How to Create Power of Attorney in Canada

You have two options to create your Power of Attorney:

1: Create a power of attorney yourself.

Or call ServiceOntario (Please check official website to get free 1-800 phone numbers) to mail you the document kit;

2: Looking for a lawyer write your power of attorney.
If you think your personal or business affairs are complicated, you can consider to see a lawyer.

Note that each power of attorney must be signed by you and two eligible witnesses. Some people are not allowed to be witnesses, including your spouse and your children.
