How to Use Microsoft Office for Free

If you need Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint but you only need basic functions, you can use them for free. Microsoft officially provides free online office editions.

1: Sign up a Microsoft account using your any email (It does not need an Email account from Microsoft, like, Gmail);

2: Sign in Microsoft Word Online using your own email which signed up in previous step; Now you see the home page of Word Online, you can create new Word file or use different templates;

3: On the left top corner, click that 9 dots icon to get more Microsoft office apps. All of them are free but you can not get full features compared with local versions:
